CASA Welcomes Newest Class of Advocates
Congratulations to the Spring 2008 class of CASA Advocates. The class was sworn in as officers of the court by Judge Samelson on April 30, 2008.
CASA is the only volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens as appointed members of the court. In an overburdened social welfare system, abused and neglected children often slip through the cracks among hundreds of current cases. CASA volunteers change that.
CASA extends our sincere appreciation for your compassion and selfless work on behalf of abused and neglected kids in the Pikes Peak Region. CASA volunteers truly are Everyday Heroes in our community.
