Wow! What a truly amazing ride!
Thanks to you, CASA's inaugural Bike for Hope event surpassed our expectations. Over one hundred gung-ho riders signed up, a dream team of volunteers, and a big-hearted group of sponsors made for one fabulous experience. Best of all, more local children will have access to court-appointed special advocates because of your generosity!
To wrap things up, here's a few notes:
The ride is over but the fund-raising is still on! Why not reach out to family and friends and ask them to support CASA? Fund-raising is picking up and boy do we have amazing prizes for top fund-raisers, both individual and team! Carmichael Training Systems just donated four, three-month memberships to the Endurance Sports Club! Cooltac has donated arm, leg and neck coolers, we have a weekend of luxury and golf at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, and many more. Fund-raising prizes will be awarded at $200, $350, $500, $750 and $1,000. It's easy with your pledgereg.com page, get started and earn some great prizes!
Check out race photos online. Official photos were taken by Sherry Greiner and are available at www.inspirationsinphotography.com. You can order prints from Sherry ($7.00/ 5x7, including shipping). Unofficial photos can be uploaded and shared at casabikeforhope.shutterfly.com.
Start planning for next year! Based on this event's success, we are already planning for 2012. Watch for an upcoming survey to help us be even better next year.
