DESCRIPTION:  \nFriday\, November 4th\n \n12pm start time \nCASA Training Room (418 S. Weber St.) \nPlease join Peer Coordinator\, Barry Johnson-Fay\, and D&N Program Manager\, Brittany Santos\, as they present on Minority Youth Overrepresentation in the 4th Judicial District.  In this presentation\, we will learn about the challenges our systems face in this area and steps the Equity Taskforce to Address Minority Overrepresentation (formerly MOR Committee) are taking to combat this issue.  Participants will walk away with ideas on how to address their own biases\, how they can reshape their advocacy\, and identify ways to join in efforts to mitigate overrepresentation of minority populations in our systems to give them better outcomes.  This presentation is open to judicial officers\, attorneys\, judicial stakeholders\, CASA board members\, CASA staff\, and CASA volunteers.
