SUMMARY:3rd Annual Teen Resource & Career Fair
DESCRIPTION:The annual Teen Resource and Career Fair will be Sat.\, Feb. 21 from 12:00 – 3:00 PM at The Hanger. Stop by to shop\, and then visit with community resource agencies to discuss multiple topics important to foster youth. CASAs are encouraged to attend even if you do not have teens on your case. New this year: Food Truck! \nAttention CASA Volunteers: Any volunteer who attends will receive credit for one hour towards annual trainings and can also receive a free lunch from the food truck! \nEveryone who attends gets a free lunch from Big Papa’s Grill food truck! RSVPs are not necessary\, but we hope to see you there for food\, prizes\, fun\, and more. \nSome of the participating agencies include: AutoShop Vocational\, CO Department of Higher Education\, CO State Foster Parent Association\, Concrete Couch\, Flying Horse Foundation\, Forge Evolution (formerly Teen Court)\, Inside Out\, Nance Family Foundation/ Elevated Upcycle Thrift\, Office of the Child’s Representative\, Peak View Behavioral Health\, Period Possible\, Pikes Peak State College\, Pikes Peak United Way\, Project Diakonia\, Rocky Mountain Ascent\, The Sanctuary Church Clothes Closet\, Shutter and Strum\, Women’s Community Leadership Initiative.
