Featured speaker: Collin shares his story of how CASA changed his life
Collin was six years old when we was placed in his first foster home. His advocate, Karen Hilborn, was a constant adult in his life through 13 different foster placements. Karen also helped locate family members who were eager to provide Collin with a safe, permanent, and loving home. Now 18, brings his inspiring story to Light of Hope North as the featured speaker.
