April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.
CASA provides life-changing advocacy to the most vulnerable members of our community - abused & neglected children. Our volunteers change lives by ensuring each child's best interest is represented in court and in the community. Let's make an impact together! There are many ways to get involved with CASA during the month of April!
Be the Change
In a given year, there are nearly 700 kids in El Paso County who need a CASA volunteer. Last year, we had enough volunteers to serve 527 of them. Wouldn't it be great if we could close the gap and serve 100% of the children in need? In order to do this, we need more community members to step up and become CASA volunteers. Learn more about the opportunity at an upcoming Volunteer Orientation. Click the buttons below to RSVP now!
Connect to CASA
Not ready to volunteer, donate, or attend an event yet? That's OK! Follow us to keep up with what's happening!
Be Inspired
Abbie was 11 when neighbors became worried. When social workers intervened, they found that not only was the girl terrified, she was selectively mute.
Be a Light of Hope
Attend the 26th annual Light of Hope on April 29th. This lunch fundraiser will give you the chance to make a gift from your heart as you learn how CASA changed the lives of Catelynn and Dominic.
Golf for the Cause
Round up your foursome and make plans to golf for a cause on June 8th at CASA of the Pikes Peak Region’s inaugural Fore the Kids Golf Tournament!
