Cultural Excellence through Institutional Diligence

There will be a CEID (see below) training here at CASA on April 25 from 1:00-3:00.  Presenters are Dr. Regina Lewis, educator  and executive coach for The Center for Creative Leadership and Regina Walter, retired judge of the 4^th Judicial District and the Executive Director of Educating Children of Color.  There is room for 30 people so RSVP as soon as possible.

Cultural Excellence through Institutional Diligence (CEID) Level 1 training is to introduce and provide tools to identify and address unconscious bias. This workshop provides hands on application to approaching, building, and maintaining relationships of mutual respect through an “open-to-learning” process of courageous conversation and civil discourse. By applying the social tools gained through CEID Level 1 training, participants are able to obtain a deeper understanding and a more profound respect for one another while creating an environment to speak openly and honestly.
