Parent Engagement: Building an Alliance

Parent Engagement has become more important than ever since the likelihood of children being removed from the home in Dependency and Neglect cases is getting less and less. This training will focus on ways to meet and engage parents, whether or not the children are with them, for the duration of a case. We will attempt to help advocates feel less tense about their relationship with alleged abusive and neglectful parents to optimize all relationships and progress in cases.

This training is on August 13 from 4:30 – 6:30.
