The Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) will co-present about the education resources for students in Foster Care. CDE will present about Federal and State educational rights for students in foster care. CDHE will present the two programs administered by the CDHE to provide financial assistance for students in Foster Care to pursue post-secondary education opportunities.
