Your Role as a Table Host

We invite you to fill a table with at least eight guests, including yourself, who care about children and may be inspired to support CASA’s mission. By hosting a table, YOU help introduce others to CASA's mission and the life-changing impact of advocacy for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. While attendance is free, the event serves as an opportunity for guests to invest in the future of vulnerable children through a meaningful donation. We are grateful to our local business sponsors whose generosity covers all event expenses, ensuring that 100% of donations directly support children in the Pikes Peak Region.

Tools and Ideas to Help Recruit Guests

• The new Light of Hope North location provides a wonderful opportunity to invite new guests or reconnect with friends who may not have been able to attend the event in Black Forest.
• We encourage you to invite more than eight people, as schedules can change. If additional guests attend, we will gladly seat them at a nearby table.
• Consider friends, family members, colleagues, neighbors, and others who care about children and want to help build a stronger community. Inviting couples is also a great way to fill two seats. Feel free to use the sample invitation email below or personalize it in your own words.
• Please collect each guest’s:
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Dietary restrictions

If you did not provide this information when registering, please send your guest list to events@casappr.org by Monday, October 19.

• • If someone is unable to attend but would still like to support CASA’s mission, they may make a donation through the Light of Hope North donation page.

Hello                ,

I’m excited to host a table at CASA of the Pikes Peak Region’s 15th Annual Light of Hope North Fundraising Lunch on Wednesday, October 28th, at the new Phil Long Music Hall location. I would be delighted if you joined me to help Change a Child’s Story.

This one-hour fundraiser benefits CASA, an organization close to my heart that serves abused and neglected children in our community. You will hear inspiring stories about how CASA changes lives and have an opportunity to support its mission. There is no cost to host or attend, so guests can give from the heart rather than purchase a ticket. Thanks to generous local businesses, all expenses are covered, allowing 100% of proceeds to support children in need.

Doors open at noon, and the program runs from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. I truly hope you can join me as we help abused and neglected children find safe, permanent, loving homes. Please let me know within a week if you are able to attend.
