Partner Spotlight: Covington Homes & Budget Blinds continue support in 2021

It takes an entire community to protect and change the life trajectory of vulnerable kids. Standing up for kids is everyone’s responsibility and nobody demonstrates an understanding of that concept better than CASA’s business partners.

CASA of the Pikes Peak Region considers itself very fortunate to have the backing of so many respected and principled companies in Colorado Springs. What is more is when these companies continue their support year after year.

Two major business partners renewed their support of CASA for 2021: Covington Homes and Budget Blinds. It is fitting that these two companies whose purpose is to build or improve homes for local families also makes it a priority to ensure safe homes for local children.

Covington Homes is a home builder and developer who became a major business partner of CASA’s in 2019. Their support has proved instrumental in helping CASA to weather the storm presented by COVID-19.

“Covington Homes is honored and incredibly happy to support CASA of the Pikes Peak Region year after year. The volunteers and staff work tirelessly to help children who are victims of child abuse and neglect. We are amazed at the blessing CASA has been and continues to be to our community… CASA is truly one of the best and most important non-profits we support,” Co-principal Grace Covington said.

Budget Blinds also became a major partner of CASA’s in 2019. This company is a trusted go-to for families looking to update their windows and their support has been a great asset in helping CASA advocate for the increased number of children currently coming into our programs.
