49th Annual Foster Children’s Festival
Presented by the North Pole

Saturday & Sunday, May 30th and 31st, 2026

CASA of the Pikes Peak Region is grateful to The North Pole for sponsoring the 49th Annual Foster Children’s Festival! This event is open to children and teens with an open D&N case through El Paso or Teller County, including youth in foster care, kin/kin-like placements, group homes, with biological parents, and youth adopted within the last year.

  • The event will be held Saturday, May 30th, and Sunday, May 31st. The North Pole is open 10am to 5pm with check-in from 10am to 12pm. Please email mfcf@casappr.org if you need to arrive later than noon.
  • Free event again this year! Registration is required by Wednesday, May 27th. Please email mfcf@casappr.org asap of any placement changes after this.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that we received your request form, the number of attendees you are registered for, and the day you can attend the Festival.
  • Lunch and drinks will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks or purchase food and snacks at the park.

Please fill in the guardian's full name. This is the name your registration will be under.
Will guardian attend?
If the Guardian will NOT be bringing the youth to the event, please write the name of the person who will be bringing the youth. This name will be used for check-in the day of the event.
The Foster Children's Fund event is open ONLY to those in El Paso or Teller County.
In case we need to reach you quickly
All correspondence, including confirmation and event information, will be emailed.
This is to help keep registrations straight if the same person submits multiple forms for different families (ex. A CASA or Caseworker may be filling out multiple forms for families on their caseload). First names are not needed.
A CASA volunteer is not required in order to attend. However, if youth DOES have a CASA, please write the CASA's name here.
Please choose one of these dates for your party to attend(Required)
Families can attend one of the two days available, either May 30th or May 31st. If you have a preference, please choose the correct day, if not preference, select Either.
