4 Steps to Effective Communication Program Overview: The session will focus on 4 steps to effective communication, emphasizing self, situational, and relational awareness and understanding others’ behavioral styles.
We all have our preferred ways of communication, often sticking to familiar patterns. However, there are times when adapting to more effective behaviors is necessary. This program aims to guide participants in stepping outside their comfort zones to discover approaches better suited to various roles and situations. By understanding our natural communication style as a baseline, we can proactively modify our behaviors for improved interactions, ultimately developing a strategic communication response.
