Resource Exchange & Intellectual Developmental Disabilities

Learn about how to best advocate for a child with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We will review what these challenges look like,  different resources and programs offered, and how to access community resources to help support the child with ongoing needs.  A representative from DHS and The Resource Exchange will also be present to review how these children come into their system and how they are supported during their open cases. Please bring any and all questions as  this would be a great opportunity to have them answered!
