On-Call Number for Advocates & PCs to Use Outside Business Hours

We are so grateful for your continued commitment to your work for children and families in these continued trying times.  In the midst of it all, you are still showing up and giving a voice to the vulnerable, and we are honored to partner with you in this work!

As you know, the staff’s role here at CASA is to support you , and we never want you to feel alone.  We understand that advocacy work can be taxing, overwhelming, stressful, and confusing at times, and we want to do all that we can to help carry your burdens, answer your questions, and provide feedback and guidance along the way.

Due to a new standard from the Department of Labor, the D&N Case Supervisors will be more closely working a traditional work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00, at 40 hours each week.  There will certainly be times when Case Supervisors will be adjusting their schedules to work outside of those hours in order to facilitate training sessions, participate in CASA events, and schedule meetings and phone calls with Advocates and Peer Coordinators who are unable to connect with them during those traditional business hours.  All of that will continue with this new DOL standard, and Case Supervisors will adjust their weekly schedule as needed.

However, if you need to talk to a CASA staff member in case of a crisis or emergency, and it is outside of those traditional business hours or cannot be covered in a scheduled call or meeting with your Supervisor, please utilize the CASA On-Call number.  This responsibility is rotated between D&N Program Manger Brittany Santos, Teller County Program Manager Kari Dimmick, and Program Director Crystal Erickson.  You will still be able to reach someone for immediate support, it will just not be your Case Supervisor.

ON CALL NUMBER = (719) 418-4094

If you would prefer to contact your Case Supervisor, and the situation is not an immediate crisis or emergency, you can certainly reach out to them during regular business hours the following day.
