Creating Life Long Links for Foster Kids

Every time a child relocates they lose an average of 10 relationships. Imagine what it’s like for a child in foster care who moves multiple times and is placed with different caretakers along the way.

Through the Life Long Links Program, CASA volunteers are searching nationwide to locate and connect extended family and other supportive people to children in the foster care system. The idea is to build a network of stable, caring connections and to ensure safe and permanent homes for kids more expediently.
